The rooms were clean with all the basic amedities.
The location is awful in terms of personal safety. The parking area needs to be cleaned up and the rubble and litter removed. Furthermore, finding one's way around via the elevators is not easy.

Thank you for your hospitality, the tight security and welcoming us into your hotel apartments.
Noisy neighbors playing music loud and making noise on the passage.

Nothing
The cleanliness of the rooms leaves a lot to be desired. Had to battle with the cockroaches the entire weekend. Found beer bottles under the bed, but do not drink. The noise levels from outside made sleeping impossible

I like the safety controls.
There are a lot of coach-roaches. Some of the utensils are ageing, they need to be replaced i.e two plate stove, kettle and pots. You must have an option of two double beds in some of the rooms instead of 4 single beds.

I was impressed by the cleanliness of the bedding. Thank you for that. It is always a concern of mine when I travel.
-The kitchen utensils were very dirty in our apartment. A little bit of dishwasher (not the entire bottle ) should be left in each apartment for those visitors who care about cleanliness enough to wash their dirty dishes. We left our used cutlery and crockery because we ahd no way of cleaning these and to our horror found the same dirty things in the sink on our return. -The kettle did not fit on the stand making it very difficult to boil water to make bottles for the two year olds who accompanied us.We were fortunate to have my brother in the opposite room whose kettle we borrowed. This kettle however was also faulty and extremely dangerous. The entire kettle I.E. water and the instrument itself heated up reuslting in us using a towel to pour water into the bottles. -The hot water tap in the basin of the bathroom was broken as well as the toilet seat. I raised my concerns about the broken toilet seat and was promised that the following morning this would be rectified but this did not happen. -The toilet paper had fallen in water -I sincerely hope that it did not fall in the toilet pan before been left in our bathroom. This was brought to the attention of manangement who promised to put in an extra roll on the following day but to no avail. We certainly paid a fair amount for a bed but at the expense of cleanliness......................

The Prices are good
but the service that I received from the lady at the reception it was not worth my stay. The room that we we given at first before we went to complain, it was smelling urine and lot of coackroaches at every corner even on bed where we were suppose to sleep on. The stove was full of black grease and dirty floors. when checking out I waited for 30 minutes before I could be assisted and there were only two people before me who were also checking out.
